Questions
Do I need an account?
No. Install the extension and hiding works right away. An account is only needed if you want sync or Pro.
What can Stillfeed see?
The extension runs inside the page so it can hide things, but it doesn't collect what you watch or where you browse. With sync on, we store your settings and, per platform per day, how many minutes you spent and how many items were blocked. Daily totals are deleted after about 13 months. Nothing else.
What happens when a platform changes its design?
Hiding rules are updated on our side and reach the extension automatically, without a new install. There can be a short gap while we catch up.
How do I cancel Pro?
From your dashboard, in a couple of clicks. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my settings if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Pro features like schedules and strict mode simply stop applying until you subscribe again.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome, Edge and Firefox on desktop. Other Chromium browsers, like Brave and Arc, can install it from the Chrome Web Store.
Does it work on my phone?
Not yet. Stillfeed is a desktop browser extension for now.
